Design and Branding Workbook
Intellectual Property and Usage License Agreement for the Design and Branding Workbook
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective upon the date of the digital purchase of the Design and Branding Workbook ("Workbook") provided by I Am ART Agency ("Agency"). The purchaser ("You") acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement as a condition of purchasing and using the Workbook.
1. Grant of License: The Agency hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Workbook solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license is limited to electronic use of the Workbook on devices owned or controlled by you. You are granted the right to print a single copy of the Workbook for personal use only.
2. Copyright and Ownership: The Workbook is the property of the Agency and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that the Agency retains ownership of the Workbook and that the Workbook is licensed, not sold, to you. You do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the Workbook.
3. Restrictions on Use: You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Workbook beyond the uses explicitly allowed by this Agreement.
- Share, sell, rent, or lease the Workbook to any third party.
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Workbook.
- Use the Workbook in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of the Agency or any third party.
4. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights: If you violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the Agency reserves the right to terminate this license at any time without notice. Additionally, any unauthorized use, duplication, distribution, or sharing of the Workbook may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages, for copyright infringement.
5. Modification of Terms: The Agency reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, the Agency will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Workbook after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Agency is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Design and Branding Workbook, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase or use the Workbook.
